Conceived as a platform for new ideas, MATTE Magazine features one person per issue. MATTE is looking to feature artists (both emerging and established), curators, collectors, critics, theorists and thinkers dealing with a broad range of photographic topics.

Each issue's cover is a portrait of the featured artist by Matthew Leifheit.
